Parag has worked in several high-profile corporate brand management roles in a career spanning over 18 years. His last gig was as an Associate Creative Director at TAG Vinnati.

As the Founder, CEO, and Creative Director of the company, he brings a rich diversity of experience and skills to BlackCoffee Creatives. Over the years Parag has been recognized for his work by mentors, peers and colleagues. This included five times Gold, two times Silver, and one Bronze by the Association of Business Communicators of India (ABCI) and was also honoured with a Bronze in the UNFPA-Laadli Creative Excellence Award for social change.

Parag enjoys writing poetry in Hindi and Marathi and collaborates with his wife and partner on musical projects.
Dinesh has elevated himself with 20 years of experience in the creative forte.

His strong portfolio showcases his strategic and creative ability. At his peak spell, Dinesh had been in Corporate Brand Management and Communications of Larsen & Toubro LTD for 8 years as an Advertising Manager and accumulatively worked for 12 years in esteemed firms and agencies like Shadow Play Studio, Green Design, IDEAS@UNO, 4AM and Tag Vinnati.

He is an expert in all aspects of the creative process, from concept development to final execution across various mediums. He is an effective communicator, excellent leader and mentor, with a knack for inspiring and guiding teams to achieve their full potential.

Sameer is a highly skilled and experienced visual designer with 7 years of professional experience in the industry. Throughout his career, Sameer has worked with some of the most reputed companies in the field including Vortex Communications, Wax Hand Wizards, and being with BlackCoffee Creatives for the last 2 years. He has earned appreciation from IAA Olive Crown Awards and gained a wealth of experience in creative designing for various mediums, including print, digital, and packaging.
Siddhesh is an experienced content writer with 6 years of professional experience in the Film-Television Industry and Print-Digital Marketing and Advertising. Throughout his profession, he has developed a keen understanding of the art of storytelling and the ability to craft compelling and engaging content that resonates with audiences. He has a wide range of experience in creating content across various print and digital formats, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and website copy.
Uday is a skilful Studio Designer having experience of 10 years in the industry. He has worked with dignified companies like Utopia, Reliance, and Pranda and is identically associated with BlackCoffee Creatives. With his extensive experience and skills, Uday is a well-suited studio designer for any medium of project.
Bhakti is a skilled Social Media Manager with over 4+ years of experience in managing social media platforms, developing content strategies, and engaging online audiences. Additionally, she has a year of experience in client serving, where she demonstrated her ability to understand client needs, manage relationships, and deliver tailored solutions. Bhakti’s dual expertise in social media management and client service makes her a valuable asset in driving both brand growth and customer satisfaction.
